Mình làm cho cty Belgium nên nhận được thông tin này ,chuyển đến cho các thành viên nào quan tâm :

Belgian Bilateral Scholarships, funded by the Belgian Government through the Directorate General for Development Cooperation (DGD) within the Public Federal Service Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, enable young professionals from Vietnam to pursue Master studies in Belgium and gain new expertise for the benefit of Vietnam.

The Belgian Bilateral Scholarship Programme for academic year 2013-2014 is now open. There will be 40 full Master scholarships available. Applications will be received from 17/09/2012 to 10/12/2012 (before 17h00).

The Programme encourages applications from all provinces and regions of Vietnam, from public institutions, civil society and the private sector. Women and candidates coming from remote areas are strongly encouraged.

Học bổng Song phương Bỉ, được chính phủ Bỉ cấp thông qua Tổng vụ Hợp tác Phát triển trực thuộc Bộ Ngoại giao, Ngoại thương và Hợp tác Phát triển Bỉ, dành cho các cán bộ trẻ tuổi trên mọi miền đất nước Việt Nam mong muốn theo học các khoá đào tạo thạc sỹ tại các trường đại học của Bỉ nhằm tiếp thu kiến thức và chuyên môn mới để đóng góp vào sự phát triển của nước nhà.

Chương trình Học bổng Song phương năm học 2013-2014 đã bắt đầu mở. Sẽ có 40 suất học bổng thạc sỹ toàn phần được cấp. Hồ sơ xin học bổng sẽ được tiếp nhận từ ngày 17/09/2012 đến ngày 10/12/2012 (trước 17h00).

Thí sinh từ mọi miền của Việt Nam, từ các cơ quan chính phủ, các tổ chức xã hội và khu vực tư nhân được khuyến khích nộp hồ sơ xin học bổng, đặc biệt là phụ nữ và những người ở vùng sâu vùng xa.

Việt Nam và Bỉ đang mở rộng mối quan hệ hợp tác với nhau , nên các chương trình như thế này cũng ko phải là hiếm , nên cũng còn nhiều cơ hội
Trước trường BK có lớp Việt-Bỉ , nên người Việt sống bên đây cũng khá nhiều . Diễn đàn ta hình như có bác Thụ (cũng lâu rồi ko thấy post bài) ,chú Umy thì ở Đức -cũng là láng giềng ...
